Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Nov 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 24 Dec 2022 - 2 Jan 2023.
• 3 night stays: a supplementary charge of £25 per night is required for Friday & Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.
• 1 bed apartment: sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. 2 bedroom apartment: sleeps 4 adults. 3 bedroom apartment: sleeps 6 adults.
• Children permitted and included in headcount.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog; payable directly.
• No wheelchair access available 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
