Option 1: Voucher is valid until Sun 30 Jun 2019; Sun - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays and 6 & 9 Jun 2019.

Option 2: Voucher is valid until Thur 27 Jun 2019; Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays (arrivals), Saturdays and 6 & 9 Jun 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Jun 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Double or twin classic room available.

Card details will be taken if you wish to charge extras to your room.

Option 1 may use the facilities for a discounted rate of £20 per person for 3 hours; payable directly to the spa.

Option 2 includes 2 course dinner with canapes and amuse bouche on first night only. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. A supplementary charge of £5 is required per person for the Steak & Halibut; payable directly to restaurant.  Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Option 2 includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with soft drinks.

Option 2 includes evening Aqua Thermal Journey experience between 4pm - 7pm which includes Aroma Salt inhalation room, steam room, sauna, rain sky shower and hydrotherapy pool. Lockers, towels, robes and slippers are provided. 

Spa access is for over 16s only; under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Parts of the Aqua Thermal Journey are not suitable for pregnancy/breastfeeding; please discuss with spa directly. For cancer sufferers/those in remission, please discuss with your doctor prior to attending.

Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 3-15 yrs. Under 3's can be accommodated in cots free of charge. Please contact hotel directly to check availability and for details of adding children.

No pets permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
