Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 26 May 2018 until Sun 12 Aug 2018, Sat & Sun 10am - 11.30am, 12.30pm - 2pm and 3pm - 4.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays – Fridays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 27 Jul 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Option 1 is suitable for all ages; max of 12 people per group.
• Option 2 is suitable for ages 8+; max of 8 people per group and max weight 100kg. Recommended clothing: wear clothing that can get wet, a change of clothes and shoes that have laces / can be tied on; wellies are not suitable.
• Duration approx. 1hr 30mins.
• Weather dependent.
• Option 1 is wheelchair access available.
• Option 2 wheelchair access is not available; members must be able bodied to take part.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
