Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sun 26 Nov 2017, Fri – Sun; subject to availability.
• Excludes Monday – Thursday and 15, 16 Sep 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm – 9pm, Check-out 10.30am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a loch view room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. Excludes Monday – Thursday.
• Includes breakfast; vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Max of 3 children ages 12 and under and max of 2 children ages 13+ permitted; a supplementary charge is required per child per night: ages 12 and under are £10 and ages 13+ are £30; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
