• Voucher is valid from Mon 16 Sep 2024 until Sat 30 Nov 2024, Mon - Sat, 9:30am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sundays. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Nov 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Options 2: Includes your choice of relaxing, deep tissue OR yoga style full body massage.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 30min.
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 1hr.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
