• Voucher is valid until Sun 29 Dec 2019, valid Sun - Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fri - Sat and 9 – 12, 22 – 26 & 30 Sept; 1 – 3, 7 – 10 Oct; 24 – 25 Dec 2019.  
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night, subject to availability; payable directly.
• Includes cream tea and a bottle of Prosecco; served 2pm - 4pm; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 2 children permitted; 0- 2 yrs stay free of charge; 2-12yrs £15pcpn inc. breakfast; payable directly.
• Max of 1 dog permitted;£10 supplement per pet per night; payable directly.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
