Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 3 Jan 2019 until Sat 30 Mar 2019, Tue & Fri 10am - 5pm, Wed 12.30pm - 5pm, Thur 11am - 7.30pm and Sat 9am - 3pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays and Mondays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 12 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• One voucher purchase permitted per person.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1: approx. 30mins.
• Option 2 and 3: approx. 1hr; treatment will last 6 – 8 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance. A patch test is required at least 24 hours in advance of treatment; please discuss directly with salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
