• Voucher is valid 7 days until Sun 31st Jan 2016; subject to availability.
• Excludes Thurs 24th Dec - Mon 4th Jan 2016
• Reservations must be made by Sun 17th Jan 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Children are not permitted.
• Standard room; McEwan room - double/twin beds,  McAllister room - double only, McKenzie room - double only. 
• Room can be upgraded to a suite for £40 per person.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge.  Please discuss direct with Aurora - best available rate will be given.
• One voucher can be redeemed per couple. Multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts; two per customer.
• Weekend availability.
• Pets are permitted; one small dog per room (£10 supplementary charge)
• Check in 3pm; check out 10am.
• Parking available; each room has allocated parking bay.
• Ayr railway station a 5 minute drive away and bus links are also available to Ayr town centre which is a 10 minute walk away from the hotel.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your reservation.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
