• March stays: Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Mar 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020 valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 7 Mar 2020. Voucher must be booked by Wed 11 Mar 2020.
• April - June stays: Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Wed 30 Sept 2020 valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 6 - 12 Apr, 7 - 9, 12 - 14, 19 - 21 May and 9 - 10 Jun 2020. Voucher must be booked by Mon 31 Aug 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night applies for any Sat stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher is non-changeable and non-refundable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: family standard £10 or family suite £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 12 and under and require a supplementary charge of £10 inc breakfast and £20 inc dinner; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: Include 3 course dinner from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, dairy and gluten / wheat free options are available. A supplementary charge is required for the following: sirloin £8.50, rib eye £10.50, sauce £1.50, cheese £6.50; payable directly to restaurant. Includes a bottle of red or white wine on arrival. 2 night stays: Dinner is on one night only.
• Includes leisure access to the gym, sauna and pool. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the pool. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty. Towels can be rented for £1 per towel per day.
• The swimming pool is open daily from 8am until 8pm, last entry 7.15pm. Adult only swimming sessions run daily from 5pm until 6.30pm.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per room; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
