• Voucher is valid from Mon 18 Nov 2019 until Fri 25 Sept 2020, 7 days 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 26 and 31 Dec 2019 - 2 Jan, 14 - 16 Feb and 21 - 22 Mar 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Over 16s only.
• Includes any 2 treatments choosing from: back, neck and shoulder massage, facial, body scrub or decollete, shoulder & head massage.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes access to relaxation room. For access to leisure facilities a supplementary charge of £10 per person is required; payable directly to spa. Please note indoor & outdoor hot tub may not be available.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Includes a light lunch consisting of sandwiches from the set menu; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available; please advise spa at time of booking.
• Includes a soft drink.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
