- Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Sept 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021, valid Mon 9.30am – 4.30pm, Tue – Wed 9.30am – 5.30pm, Thur 9.30am – 6.30pm, Fri 9am – 5pm, Sat 9am – 4pm; subject to availability.
- Excludes Sundays, 23 Nov - 27 Dec 2020 and 1 - 31 Jan 2021.
- Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
- Please note a PPE pack must be purchased on arrival for a supplementary charge of £5; payable directly to the salon. Packs include mask, gown, gloves, towel and bottle of water per person.
- Not valid for any existing pre-booked appointments or with any existing loyalty offers.
- Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

- Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and cancer sufferers/those in remission.

- Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins.
- Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 1 hr.
- Option 3 - 4: Treatment duration: approx. 3 hrs.
- Option 5: Treatment duration: approx. 3 hrs 30 mins.
- Colour options require a consultation and patch test at least 48 hours prior to treatment; please discuss directly with salon.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- No wheelchair access available.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
