Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Fri 13 Nov 2020, valid Tue - Wed and Fri - Sat 10am - 5pm and Thur 10am - 3pm; subject to availability.
• Please note, there is limited availability on Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Vouchers must be booked by Fri 30 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.
• Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given. Voucher must be used in one transaction and balance cannot be transferred.
• All treatments must include a wash, cut and finish.
• All hair must be washed due to Covid-19 restrictions; no dry cuts/hair up available.
• Over 16s only. 
• Treatment list can be viewed here; subject to change.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon. 
• Patch test required for colour options at least 48hrs in advance.
• Voucher spend cannot be used against products.
• Cannot be used for pre-existing bookings.
• Bookings are with selected Designer Stylists, allocated on day, request for specific stylists not available.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
