• Voucher is valid from Wed 9 Sep 2020 until Mon 30 Nov 2020, Mon - Fri & Sun 12noon, 1.30pm & 3pm and Sat 12noon only for Renfield Street and Mon - Fri & Sun 12noon, 1.45pm & 3.30pm and Sat 12noon only for Merchant City; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Option 1: Max 4 per person.
• Max of 4 vouchers or 8 people per table. 
• Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1 hour 30 minutes.
• Renfield Street: No wheelchair access available.
• Merchant City: Wheelchair access available
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
