Small print

• Option 1 & 3 (Sunday stays): Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Dec 2019 until Sun 23 Feb 2020; Sun only; subject to availability. Excludes Mondays – Saturdays; 29 Dec 2019 and 5 Jan 2020.
• Option 2 & 4 (Mon - Sat stays): Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Dec 2019 until Sat 29 Feb 2020; Mon - Sat; subject to availability.  A supplementary charge of £25 per stay is required for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to hotel. Excludes Sundays and 25 – 31 Dec 2019, 1 – 9 Jan and 14, 15 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 10 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• King double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for £20 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a £22.50 per person dinner allowance towards food in 63 @ Parklands tasting menu or No1 The Bank Bistro a la carte menu during your stay; menus are subject to change. Please note any remaining value will not be credited, full allowance must be used. Please advise at time of booking what restaurant you wish to dine in. 2 night stay: dinner is served first night only.  Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Free parking available.
• Includes a bottle of fizz in room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
