• Voucher is valid from Wed 16 Oct 2019 until Mon 30 Dec 2019; 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 6 Dec 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £15prpn is required for Saturday stays and £20prpn for 24 & 25 Dec 2019; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Non-refundable and non-transferable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Double standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: twin room £10, family room £20, superior room £30; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted in an upgraded family room (supplement applies), cots are available free of charge; breakfast is included for under 5s; breakfast £3.95 for 5 - 12yrs; other meals charged as taken. 12+ pay for all meals as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
