Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Mar 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10 prpn is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 1.30pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2: Includes afternoon tea which can be taken between 12noon – 3pm on day of arrival or departure. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options available. Please note afternoon tea is not served on a Sunday and a carvery lunch will be offered instead of afternoon tea.
• Option 3: Includes a 2 course dinner from sample menu; subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options available.
• Includes 125ml glass of fizz on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 2’s stay free and ages 2 – 12 require a supplementary charge of £10; payable directly to hotel. Over 12’s are classed as adults.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
