• Mafalde rosse - Italian sausage, ricotta cream, nduja, red onion, roasted red peppers, pecorino romano & mafalde pasta
• Pizza parmigiana - soft sourdough stone-baked pizza, San Marzano sugo, Fior di latte mozzarella, aubergine & basil
• Pollo ai ferri - herb marinated grilled chicken breast, lemon, sautéed garlic, chilli, pine nuts, raisins & spinach. Served with fondant potato

• Bomba alla crema - warm Italian-style doughnut filled with patisserie cream coated in cinnamon sugar, drizzled with honey
