Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Nov 2017 until Wed 28 Feb 2018, Tue - Sun, 10am - 4.30pm, afternoon tea available between 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 24 Dec 2017 – 2 Jan 2018.

A supplementary charge of £5 per person is required for Saturday bookings; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 7 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

Online or email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16’s only.

Groups can be accommodated however treatments will be take place one after the other, not at the same time. Max of 10 per group, subject to availability.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.

Treatment is only suitable for those in remission of cancer for over a year.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Treatment duration: approx. 25mins.

Afternoon tea is served in the lounge, conservatory & courtyard, menu can be viewed here; subject to change.

Includes a glass of fizz each; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink. 

Vegetarian options are available. Please discuss any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
