Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 15 Jul 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Standard small/medium double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night and room upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly to the hotel.
• Includes a 200ml glass of Prosecco each on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced.
• Parking permits are available subject to availability at a supplementary charge of £12 per night. These cannot be pre-booked. When arriving to the hotel, see reception to get a permit against a £20 cash deposit.
• Max of 1 child permitted; children are classed as ages 0-9yrs. Cots can be requested free of charge. An extra bed can be provided in a medium room for £25 a night; payable directly to the hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
