Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 4 Oct 2017 until Fri 15 Dec 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Dec 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 3pm, Check-out 10am.
• Double or twin rooms available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 3 course dinner from set menu; subject to change. Option 2 dinner is on the first night only.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel when booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Includes a bottle of house red or white wine to share; can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Children are permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• No pets permitted; guide dogs only.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
