• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Dec 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 24-26 & 31 Dec 2021 - 6 Jan and 5-27 Feb 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 10 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases are not permitted.
• Check-in 11am, check-out 2pm.
• Stay in a classic double or twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: king room - £10 and family room - £20; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2: Includes a £18pp dinner spend on the first night. Valid against evening menus; subject to change. Voucher spend must be used in full, no change will be given. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a bottle of house wine on arrival (red or white). Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 2 children ages 0-11 years permitted. Add a roll in bed for a supplementary charge of £15 or upgrade to a family room with a sofa bead for £20; please discuss and pay direct.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available. Please advise at time of booking.
• Free parking available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
