• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Mon 30 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25 Dec 2019.
• Please check timetable for available class times here. Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before the class.
• Advance booking is not required however registration is required on first visit.
• Duration: approx. 45 – 90 mins depending on class.
• Max of 50 people per class; places are on a first come first served basis, please arrive early.
• Multiple purchases are not permitted.
• Suitable for over 16s only.
• Mat and towel hire is free for the first class and then £1 each to hire unless you bring your own; payable directly to Hot Yoga Glasgow.
• Valid for 20 or 30 consecutive days from the first class depending on your chosen option; unlimited classes can be attended during this period. Up to 5 classes available per day.
• Suitable for all levels of fitness.
• Please discuss any medical concerns with your doctor and inform teacher before class.
• Not suitable for those who are pregnant unless practising before pregnancy and past first trimester.
• Recommended clothing: Light fabrics such as Lycra are ideal as cotton is bulky and restricts movement when wet.  Women - sports tops and bottoms. Men - shorts.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
