• Voucher is valid from 1st Oct - 21st Dec 2015, 7 days 9am-5pm; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 21st Nov 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• £2.50pp supplement to use on a Sat & Sun - payable to Bowfield Hotel & Country Club.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 vouchers permitted.
• Over 16's only. 
• Afternoon tea menu only, includes assorted sandwiches, freshly baked scones & cakes.
• Group bookings permitted; max of 2 vouchers (4 people) for afternoon tea sittings, subject to availability. 
• Spa facilities include an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. 
• No treatments are included but can be added at full price - please book directly with Bowfield Hotel & Country Club at time of booking.
• Sorry, the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi is not suitable for those who are currently pregnant. The facilities are suitable for sufferers of cancer or in remission. Please discuss any further health queries at time of booking. 
• 125ml glass of sparking wine can be substituted for a soft drink. 
• Vegetarian, gluten and wheat free diets can be catered for. Please advise of any dietary requirements with Bowfield Hotel & Country Club at time of booking. 
• Sorry, not wheelchair accessible. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
