Small print

• Voucher is valid until Tue 31 May 2016, 7 days, 9am – 5pm; subject to availability.
• £5 supplement for 2 people on a weekend (£2.50pp)
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by 17 May 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; maximum of 4 vouchers per person.
• Over 16’s only.
• Leisure facilities are open from 9am – 6pm, 7 days. Treatments are available to book (at full price) within these times subject to availability, however later evening slots may be available subject to demand. Please discuss directly with hotel when booking. 
• Max 2 vouchers per table of four.
• Afternoon tea menu only.

• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise The Bowfield Hotel at time of booking.
• Sorry, not wheelchair accessible.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
