• Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Mar 2017, 7 days, 9am – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 11 Feb and 26 Mar 2017.
• A supplementary charge of £5 per person is required for Saturday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 13 Mar 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Please note treatment rooms are currently under refurbishment and treatments will take place in fitness suites; service & treatments will not be impacted.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Maximum of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy / breastfeeding.
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please discuss any further health concerns directly when booking.
• Treatment duration: 25 min Swedish back, neck & shoulder massage or a 25 min express facial.
• Members can access spa facilities after treatment.
• Includes a glass of fizz each.
• Treatment can be upgraded to a hot stone massage for a supplement of £10 or a full body massage / full facial for £15; please discuss with and pay directly to spa when booking.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
