• Voucher is valid until Thu 28 Jun 2018, Mon-Thu; subject to availability.
• Excludes 22 Dec 2017 – 8 Jan, 9 -19 Feb, 29 Mar – 16 Apr 2018
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thu 7 Jun 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• All male parties not permitted.
• £200 security deposit will be taken via credit card prior to all bookings; please discuss directly with Bowlees Cottages.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. 
• Early check in or late check out can be pre-arranged for £20 supplement (6 person cottage) or £50 supplement (13 person cottage).
• Auckland cottage sleeps up to 6; 3 bedrooms and 1 main bathroom; 1 double with en-suite toilet, 1 twin with additional single and 1 single. Hot tub upgrade available for £50; please discuss directly.
• Heartwell cottage with hot tub sleeps up to 13; 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; 1 family room (double and a single), 3 twins, 2 doubles.
• Travel cot and high chair available on request.
• Cottages are non-smoking.
• Each cottage is equipped with: Freeview TV, DVD, electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi and garden with patio and furniture.
• Electricity, towels and sheets provided. Pool towels are not provided.
• Parking available.
• Children permitted; under 2s are not included in the overall head count. Over 2s included in head count.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per night; payable directly to hotel and should be prearranged prior to your stay. No large dogs.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss requirements when booking.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
