Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 20 Sep 2023 until Thu 30 Nov 2023, Wed - Fri & Sun 12noon - 9pm & Sat 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon - Tue.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Thu 23 Nov 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per table.
• Option 1: Includes a sirloin, ribeye or fillet steak and a portion of chips each plus a cocktail from the cocktail menu.
• Option 2: Includes 650g Chateaubriand or 1200g Tomahawk to share with 2 sides. A supplementary charge of £3 is required for the tiger prawns side; payable directly to restaurant. 
• Main menu is subject to change.
• Gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No vegetarian options available. 
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted until 8pm. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
