• Sun - Thu stay: Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Dec 2021 until Fri 18 Mar 2022.
• Excludes Fri - Sat and 26 Dec 2021.
• Fri - Sat stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Dec 2021 until Sat 26 Mar 2022.
• Excludes Sun - Thu, 24-25, 31 Dec 2021 and 1 Jan 2022.
• Fri only stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Dec 2021 until Fri 25 Mar 2022, Fridays only.
• Excludes Sat - Thu.
• General: Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon. 
• Deluxe double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a Deluxe Double/Double or an Executive Double for a supplementary charge; please discuss and pay directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes a £5pp allowance to spend on drinks at the bar. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child aged 12 and under permitted. 0 - 2 are free of charge, 2 - 12 require a supplementary charge of £10, including breakfast. Please discuss and pay direct.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
