Radisson Blu is one of the city’s coolest hotels with first class hospitality and great ambience right at the heart of the City Centre.
The bar and restaurant area has recently undergone a £1.2 million transformation to become The Grahamston - named after Glasgow's “forgotten” underground village buried underneath Central station since the 19th century! The décor provides a stylish nod to this inspiration, as does the food with its artisan twist on traditional Scottish fare. It’s simply made for chilling out after work or wining and dining with your other half.

- Heritage panzanella salad with Inca tomatoes, stale bread and dressed leaves
- Haggis sausage roll with beer pickled onions, celeriac slaw & purée
- Chicken & leek terrine with toasted brioche, house chutneya and beetroot paint

- Pan seared fillet of sea bream with celeriac, truffle pommes Anna, burnt cucumber and lemon butter sauce
- Oven roasted chicken breast with a pancetta crisp, roast broccoli and creamed potatoes
- Potato gnocchi with wild mushroom, tarragon and garden pea fricassee, Parmesan and spinach
Desserts

Option 2: 3 courses from the seasonal menu.
Option 3: Ribeye or sirloin steak served with hand cut chips, confit plum tomato, garlic flat cap mushroom and watercress.
Menu is subject to change.
Options 1 & 2: A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: scallops - £8, steak frites - £12, Grahamston cheese selection - £5; payable directly to restaurant.
Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
Option 3: Includes bottle of red or white house wine to share. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

£12 voucher for 2 cocktails… and it did NOT disappoint!! Sophisticated, relaxed bar atmosphere with decedent cocktails which did not scrimp on taste, presentation or alcohol content. Really lovely afternoon with my sis, no restriction on how many vouchers I purchased so we had 3 each and decided to stay on and eat as there was live music. It was a perfect afternoon!
