• Voucher is valid from Mon 8 Jan 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 20, 27, 28 Jan 2018, 9, 10, 14 Feb 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £25 per person per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to deluxe room for a supplementary charge of £15 per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of house white or red wine in room on arrival; can be substituted for a soft drink. Please note wine cannot be taken in to the bar or restaurant areas.
• Option 2 includes a £20 per person dinner allowance towards the menu on the first night only; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Free parking available.
• No children permitted.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per stay; rooms subject to availability. Payable directly to hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
