You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Voucher spend valid on brunch, lunch and drink menus, menus can be viewed here; subject to change.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
