• Voucher is valid from Mon 23 Oct 2017 until Thur 21 Dec 2017, Sun - Thurs; subject to availability.
• Excludes Friday and Saturday.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 7 Dec 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. 
• Please note, the on-site bistro is closed from 5th Nov 2017.
• Woodland cabin available.
• Sleeps four: 1 bedroom either zip & link beds or bunkbeds in cabins. Zip & link layout – 1x double bed or 2 x twin beds, 1 x double sofa bed. Bunkbed layout – 2 x bunk beds, 1 x double sofa bed. Please advise preference at time of booking; subject to availability.
• Towels and bedding are not included; please bring duvet & duvet cover (or sleeping bag), pillow & pillowcases and towels. Alternatively, sleeping bags can be hired at £5 each or duvet, sheets and pillows at £10 each; payable directly to Loch Tay Highland Lodges.
• Woodland cabins can be upgraded to premium cabins for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Loch Tay Highland Lodges.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Loch Tay Highland Lodges.
• Woodland cabins have electricity which is charged, cards are available from reception in £1 and £5 amounts. They typically use £4 a day; payable directly to Loch Tay Highland Lodges.
• Includes an internal stove and external fire pit which require logs. Logs are available at reception for £7 (logs only) or £10 for logs, fire lighters and kindling (full pack); payable directly to Loch Tay Highland Lodges.
• Logs / coal need to be pre-ordered at time of booking.
• No stag and hen parties permitted.
• Free parking available.
• Max of 2 children permitted within the overall headcount, 1 additional child permitted at supplementary charge: children under 3 stay free and children 3 – 14 are £10 per night; payable directly to Loch Tay Highland Lodges.
• Max of 1 pet permitted for a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per stay; payable directly to Loch Tay Highland Lodges.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
