Under the expert tutelage of the Café India Cook School chefs, you’ll learn how to rustle up a sizzling two-course meal using authentic Indian techniques and spicing. To begin, you’ll craft a plate of perfect chicken or vegetable pakoras before you get down to making a chicken, lamb or vegetable curry from scratch, accompanied by rice or a naan bread.

- Voucher is valid until 18th Oct 2015, Sundays only 12.30pm, 3pm & 5.30pm, subject to availability.
- Vouchers must be booked by 18th Sep 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.

- Class will last approx three hours, cooking time is approx 2 hours.
- Members should bring their own food-safe containers to take home their cooking or take away boxes can be provided by the venue for a supplement of £2.50pp.
- Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your masterclass.
