• Option 1: Voucher is valid from Wed 18 Jun until Sun 31 Aug 2025, Wed & Sun at 2.15, Sat at 12.30pm or 2.15pm; subject to availability. Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Aug 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Option 2: Voucher is valid from Wed 3 Sep until Wed 29 Oct 2025, Wed & Sun at 2.15, Sat at 12.30pm or 2.15pm; subject to availability. Voucher must be booked by Wed 22 Oct 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Excludes Mon - Tue and Thu - Fri
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• 12 people per tour; max of 6 voucher holders.
• Tour is suitable for all ages. Alcohol is permitted for over 18s only. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Tasting includes 8 x 25ml samples per person.
• Tour duration approx. 90 mins. Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before your tour starts and enter the tasting room from the car park entrance.
• Max of 6 vouchers/12 people per experience. More tickets can be purchased directly, up to a maximum of 20 people total per experience.
• Comfortable clothes and flat shoes are recommended.

• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
