• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Sun 22 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 25 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: garden view room - £10, garden view king - £15; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes £30 food and drink voucher against any menu in restaurant or bar. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 5 – 12 years and are charged at half the price of adults including breakfast. Children ages 0 – 4 years are free of charge. Additional beds and cots are not available and children are required to share existing bedding.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £12 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
