Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 4th July until Sat 1st August 2015 on dates specified.
• 4th and 5th of July, 11th and 12th of July, 18th and 19th of July, 25th of July and 1st of August (between 10am – 1pm approx)
• Reservations must be made by 1st July 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Experience lasts 1 hr for archery and 1.5 hrs for canoeing.
• Group size is 12 persons maximum.
• Basic fitness and mobility is required.  Ability to swim is preferred.
• Sorry, no pregnant ladies.  If you suffer from back problems, please check with your doctor before booking.
• 16s and under should be accompanied by an adult.
• Members are advised to wear clothing appropriate to the weather on the day of your experience.  Waterproof clothing or wetsuit is advisable and wear old/worn trainers.
• Each paddler has a bouyancy vest attached.  Members should also bring a towel and a change of clothing for afterwards.
• A full induction will be given prior to going out on the water then the instructor will take the members out on the water (depending on wind direction on that day – either a route to Twechar or towards Falkirk)
• Full demo on land and in shallow water is given and varies in duration according to individual member's skills. 
• Members will learn full basics of getting on and off the canoe, paddle strokes and what to do if they fall off. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
