• Voucher is valid from 28th Apr - 8th July 2015, Sun-Fri; subject to availability.
• Fri night stays are additional £20 per room, per night. Please discuss with The Carlton Hotel at time of booking. 
• Voucher excludes 3rd, 22nd, 24th, 30th & 31st May; 18th, 19th, 21st June 2015.
• Vouchers must be booked by 19th May 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Pets permitted; additional £15 per pet, per night. Please discuss with The Carlton Hotel at time of booking. Max of 1 pet. 
• Children permitted; under 5's stay free of charge when sharing with full paying adults. Must upgrade to a family room for additional £20 per night for children aged 5-16 years old. Children aged 5-16 years old will be charged for meals as taken. Max of 2 children permitted. 
• Check in 3pm, check out 1pm. 
• Parking available at Waverley Car Park located off New Street. Members can receive 20% off, tickets can be validated at reception. 
• Standard double or twin room available. Members can upgrade to premium room for additional £30 per room per night. Please discuss with The Carlton Hotel at time of booking. 
• Multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive night stays and stays may also be extended for an additional charge. Please discuss with the Carlton Hotel at time of booking. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers are non-refundable once booked. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
