Small print

• Option 1: Voucher is valid from Sun 12 Jan 2020 until Sun 29 Mar 2020, valid Sun only; subject to availability. Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 26 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Options 2 & 3: Voucher is valid from Sun 12 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid Sun - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays and 14 Feb 2020. A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday stays; payable directly to hotel. Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 2pm - 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Option 1: Loft double room. Rooms can be upgraded to a king ensuite room for £15 per room; payable directly to hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Superking double or twin room.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Include 2 courses from the market menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Includes 125ml glass of Cava on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. Option 3: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Children are permitted and included in the overall head count.
• No pets permitted. 
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
