Main course - Slow cooked lamb shank Rogan Josh
- 2 raw lamb shanks (approx 1kg inc bone) to season, seal and slow cook for approx 3 hours
- Onions, peppers & tomatoes, Kashmiri style and yogurt
- One-off Rogan Josh sauce
