One of the latest additions to the hotspot of Finnieston, Chelsea Market flung open its doors in late 2016 and has already gained a mass following of foodies from all over the city, and further afield too. After all, what’s not to love about the stunning décor in the high-ceilinged, open plan restaurant, the comfy booths to sink into as you enjoy your meal, and their outstanding menus to top it all off?

- St James’ smoked salmon with horseradish and fine capers
