Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 28 Jan 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, valid Tue, Wed and Fri 10am - 5.30pm, Thur 10am - 2pm and Sat 9.30am - 5.30pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Vouchers must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon. 
• Option 1 duration: approx. 1hr.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 2hrs. Patch test required 48hrs in advance.
• Supplementary charges are required for the following: full toners, bouncy blow drys, hair with extensions, long hair; please discuss and pay directly to salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Cannot be used for pre-existing bookings.
• Bookings are with selected Designer Stylists, request for specific stylists not available.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
