• Option 1 voucher is valid from Mon 24 Dec 2018 until Thur 27 Dec 2018, arrivals on Mon 24 Dec only; subject to availability.
• Option 2 voucher is valid from Mon 31 Dec 2018 until Thur 3 Jan 2019, arrivals on Mon 31 Dec only; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Option 1 voucher must be booked by Wed 19 Dec 2018 and option 2 by Wed 26 Dec 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to the Ardminish Suite for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. if applicable
• Christmas Day and New Year's Day lunch is served at 1pm.
• Includes a 4 course lunch with tea and coffee and evening buffet.
• Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each; cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 2 children permitted; under 2’s stay free with a travel cot and mattress provided (no bedding), ages 2 – 15 years require an upgrade to a family room with two additional bunk beds or a standard room with a sofa bed for a supplementary charge; please discuss with an pay directly to hotel.
• Dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per stay; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
