Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 24 Nov 2021 until Sat 8 Jan 2022, Wed - Sat 11am - 3pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes collections on Sun - Tue, 24-25, 31 Dec 2021 and 1 Jan 2022.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Thu 6 Jan 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 10 vouchers per order.
• Christmas themed afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
