Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Oct 2017 until Thur 7 Dec 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 18, 25 Nov and 2, 3 Dec 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in from 3pm, late check-out 12.30pm (usually 10.30am).
• Photographic ID and a credit/debit card pre-authorisation will be required at check-in; full details are available online.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Fountain Court.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount; Guest beds are free for 1 child under 12yrs and £30 per night for anyone 12 and over. Only 1 extra guest bed will be allowed in any apartment.
• Royal Garden or Stewart Apartments (1 bed apartments)
• A supplementary charge of £20 per apartment per night is required for Friday and Saturday; payable directly to Fountain Court.
• One standard double bedroom.
• No parking available at Royal Garden.
• Parking is available at Stewart Apartments for a supplementary charge of £15 per car per night.
• No pets permitted.
• Royal Garden or EQ2 (2 bed apartments)
• A supplementary charge of £30 per apartment per night is required for Friday and Saturday; payable directly to Fountain Court.
• Parking available at EQ2 for a supplementary charge of £10 per car per night; payable directly to Fountain Court.
• 2 bedroom apartment has a standard double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
• Upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartment for a supplementary charge of £30 per apartment per night (£60 on Friday and Saturday); payable directly to Fountain Court.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at EQ2 for a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to Fountain Court.
• Pets are not permitted at Royal Garden. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
