Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 4 Jan 2018 until Thur 29 Mar 2018, Mon, Tue & Sat 9am - 5pm, Wed 9am - 8pm, Thur 9am - 9pm and Fri 9am - 7pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 28 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Manicure is suitable during pregnancy / breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Massage and facial are not suitable after the first trimester of pregnancy; treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 40mins; can last up to 2 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 60mins.
• Option 3 duration: approx. 80mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
