Online bookings only. Only one voucher can be used per transaction. Please note you must bring your itison voucher on the day of your visit.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Participants need to be 7 or older to participate.

Includes two (1 hour session) or three (1.5 hour session) activities. Activities must be chosen at time of booking.

All session durations are inclusive of kitting up time (approx. 10 mins at the start and 5 mins at the end).

Please arrive around 10 minutes before your start time to check-in; latecomers may not be able to join in.

Max of 8 people per group.

Not suitable for during pregnancy, those with a heart complaint, spinal injury, weak spine or any other medical condition which may be exacerbated by the use of these activities.

Max weight: 120kg (approx. 18.5 stone).

Light comfortable clothing is recommended and footwear is provided; no skirts permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
