• Voucher is valid from Fri 16 Jul 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, 7 days, 11am - 8pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only. Only one voucher can be used per transaction.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 7+ only.
• Includes two activities choosing from: Skypark & The Drop, Skypark & rock climbing or rock climbing & The Drop.
• Two activities duration: approx. 1hr. Activities must be chosen at time of booking.
• All session durations are inclusive of kitting up time (approx. 10 mins at the start and 5 mins at the end).
• Please arrive around 10 minutes before your start time to check-in; latecomers may not be able to join in.
• Max of 8 people per group.
• Not suitable for during pregnancy, those with a heart complaint, spinal injury, weak spine or any other medical condition which may be exacerbated by the use of these activities.
• Max weight: 120kg (approx. 18.5 stone).
• Light comfortable clothing is recommended and footwear is provided; no skirts permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
