Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sat 31 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2017 – 2 Jan and 14 Feb 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings must be made 48 hours in advance of your preferred date. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Online bookings. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Club king double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 3 includes a £20 per person dinner allowance on the first night; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco to share; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Children permitted, to accommodate children an upgrade to a Deluxe King room is required for a supplementary charge of £30 per night, max of 2 children; children paying for all meals as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss at time of booking. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
