• Midweek stays are valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Mon 23 Dec 2019, Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.
• Weekend stays are valid from Fri 4 Oct 2019 until Sat 21 Dec 2019, Fri – Sat; subject to availability. Excludes Sun – Thur.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Club double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner includes £20pp allocation towards set menu. Menu can be viewed here and is subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Options 3 & 4: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 1 child permitted; children under 12 stay free of charge including breakfast, children ages 13 – 15 require a supplementary charge of £15 including breakfast.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available. Please advise of requirements at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
