• Voucher is valid from Thur 3 Jan 2019 until Wed 3 Apr 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 13 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Standard double or twin rooms available; Ardentraive (double and two singles) or Cala Room (double).
• Rooms can be upgraded to the Bute Room or Attenburgh Room (both King Size or twin rooms) for a supplementary charge of £40 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of house wine on arrival.
• Free parking available.
• Max of 2 children permitted in The Ardentraive Room only; under 16s require a supplementary charge of £20, ages 16+ are classed as adults and are £45 inc breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog; payable directly to hotel.
• The hotel restaurant will be available for meal bookings; advised to book early to avoid disappointment.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
